  1. Artwork: All prices listed assume that customer will provide camera- ready art. Pickard reserves the right to determine if artwork is camera-ready. The Pickard design staff can do drawings, clean up artwork or do typesetting to your specifications. These services will be billed on an hourly basis.

  2. Art Approval: A pre-production sample can be supplied if required. No work will begin until Pickard receives written approval of this sample. The pre-production sample will be waived for orders involving short delivery time provided written authorization is received from the customer. When the pre-production sample is waived, Pickard accepts no responsibility for any deviation from exact replication of artwork.

  3. Samples: A sample presentation kit for distributors is available at a special price; contact Pickard for details. Individual samples may be purchased at the 25-49 price. Samples for review or photography may be sent on a memo billing and returned without authorization.

  4. Imprinting: Prices include the application of one 24K gold imprint in one position. Imprints over three inches in diameter require a special quote. A one-time setup charge for will be invoiced on the first order. No setup charge will be assessed for use of Pickard's stock monogram or the Great Seal of the United States emblem when used as your imprint. Platinum, color or color plus gold imprinting is also available.

  5. Production Time: Contact Pickard for expected delivery date. Average delivery time for small orders is 4-8 weeks from date order is received.

  6. Orders: All orders for product must be placed in writing. We may agree to proceed on a verbal order; however, written confirmation must be received within seven days or work will cease until written confirmation is received.

  7. Minimum Order: The minimum order requirement for imprinted giftware product is 25 pieces. Custom dinnerware is 125 pieces or 25 place settings. Orders for less than minimum may be allowed under certain circumstances.

  8. Underruns & Overruns: Pickard will make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, the customer must agree to accept a maximum 10% underrun or overrun on any order which includes imprinting or custom design.

  9. Packaging: All orders will be shipped in bulk unless otherwise specified. Gift boxes and/or remailers are available at an additional cost.

  10. Cancellation of Order: Requests for cancellation of an order will be honored if made in writing to Pickard. However, the customer is obligated to pay for all materials purchased specifically for the job, work in process and any product finished at the time cancellation notice is received.

  11. Returns: Return authorization from Pickard is required. No return of unsold imprinted or custom merchandise is allowed. Defective items will be replaced at no charge provided decoration materials have not been exhausted, or credit will be issued after inspection of merchandise by Pickard.

  12. Freight Claims: All claims for breakage, loss or shortage will be honored as long as notification is given to Pickard immediately and the container is retained for inspection by the proper authority.

  13. Shipping/Drop Shipments: All shipments are F.O.B. Antioch, Illinois. All orders are shipped prepaid and charges are added to invoice unless otherwise specified. Drop shipping within the 48 contiguous states is available at an additional cost.
